Meet the Embree Dentistry Team
Jill| Office Manager
I received my Bachelor of Science Degree from Eastern Michigan University in 2000 and started working in the dental field with a dental consulting company. I have been working with Dr. Embree since she started her own private practice in 2002 and absolutely love coming to work. Every day I enjoy catching up with our current patients as well as meeting our new patients. You will find me doing anything from scheduling your appointments to taking care of your administrative needs. I reconcile all billing and insurance, and play an active role as our office's HIPAA coordinator.
Kim| Scheduling Coordinator
I started in the dental field in 2007 as a dental assistant in a general practice. Over the years I made the transition to the front office where I gained experience in areas such as appointment scheduling, dental insurance and billing. I have been working with Dr. Embree since 2011 and I truly enjoy working with our patients to make sure they have a great dental experience. My favorite part of Embree Dentistry is building relationships with our patient family and assisting them, whether it is on the phone or when in the office. I live in Belleville with my husband, baby boy, and dog.
Jamie| Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)

I graduated from the University of Michigan in 2002 with a Bachelors Degree of Science in Dental Hygiene and received my Anesthetic license from the Univ. of Michigan in 2003. My desire to be a dental hygienist began when I was about 10 years old, and my major interest is in periodontal therapy. I live in Ann Arbor with my husband and 2 daughters.
Kim| Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
I graduated from Wayne County Community College with an Associates Degree in Applied Science and an Associates in Dental Hygiene. I have been working in the dental field since 2007 and I am certified in the administration of Local Anesthesia and Nitrous Oxide. I have wanted to be a dental hygienist since elementary school and my interest in the dental field has remained and grown throughout my education and work experience. I love being a part of the team at Embree Dentistry. There is such a great atmosphere here, from the staff to the patients. I have very big family and a baby boy that bring me great joy.
Jessica| Dental Hygienist

You will see me at the office mostly on Fridays and Saturdays. I live in Ypsilanti with my husband and two cats. I enjoy suspense novels, games, and baking pastries.
Jessica| Dental Assistant
I have been in the dental field since 2010 when I graduated with my Dental Assisting Certificate from Ross Medical School. I have worked in general dentistry and in a periodontal practice. I truly enjoy helping people feel better about their teeth and making their dental visits comfortable. I love my career in dental assisting! I am a co-OSHA Coordinator for our office. I have 2 young children, a daughter and a son, who are my whole world.
Geraldine| Dental Assistant
I have been in the dental field since 1998 when I started my studies in Dentistry at ULACIT, Latin American University of Science and Technology, in San Jose, Costa Rica. In 2006 I received a Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree and started working as a General Dentist in Costa Rica. After moving to the United States, I have worked as a dental assistant in restorative practices and have especially enjoyed cosmetic dentistry. I had the opportunity to work at a widely recognized cosmetic practice in New York City before moving to Ann Arbor and joining Embree Dentistry. I am our office's Spanish translator and co-OSHA Coordinator. I became interested in dentistry because I love art and working with my hands. I see teeth as sculptures that can be improved to make a beautiful smile. Outside of my love of dentistry, I enjoy painting, photography, films, and travel when I have the opportunity.
